Job Title

The position is responsible for providing support to the administration of the Recruitment process and/or the maintenance and updating of Human Resources systems, payrolls, and administrative processes for the Caribbean businesses (HR Services Caribbean).

Responsibilities include:

  • Opening, attending to, following up, and closing cases (tickets) in the HR Service Catalog system, responding to multiple requests from internal and external clients (Human Resources, Managers, supervisors, general employees, candidates, reference contacts, among others).
  • Updating employee information in Human Resources systems, conducting audits, analysis, reports, and various calculations related to services, payroll, and employee processes.
  • Supporting problem-solving such as tracking files; locating and eliminating archival material; providing information to authorized persons; or providing orientation service to employees at different levels of the organization.
  • Following up on the proper functioning of Human Resources Services systems (HR Services Catalog), Recruitment (ATS/SAP, EightFold), Payrolls (HRMS/SPN), Attendance Control (time & attendance); Kiosks, JOE, E-Star, Dashboards, HR Services telephone line, MS Teams, among others; reporting inconveniences, following up on their solutions, and ensuring their active service and availability for clients.
  • Providing orientation and answering questions to employees on how to use Human Resources services tools, policies, procedures, and forms.
  • Processing employment records and supporting recruitment and induction activities.
  • Performing recruitment activities for hourly personnel such as pre-interviews, coordination of interviews with the hiring team, and related support.
  • Processing activities for verification of employment references, pre-employment evaluations, confirming employment certifications, among other activities of the Pre-Employment (PHDD) and Pre-Induction (PONB) process through the HR Services Program.
  • Providing support in the generation and reconciliation of monthly reports for month-end closing; and reports at the request of clients.
  • Compiling files, keeping them updated, and performing movements of physical and electronic personnel files.

Responsibilities related to Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS):

  • Attend all assigned Safety, Health, and Environment trainings.
  • Comply with 5S/MESH requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring safety regulations and policies established by Eaton are followed.

Requirements:

  • University student (at least 120 approved credits) in Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Communication, Systems, or related fields.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the English language. Able to maintain a basic conversation.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative support, clerical, or customer service areas. Desirable: Knowledge of human resources systems and digital skills (payrolls, recruitment, attendance control, intranet, among others).

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
