Drive the CPS business in the Southern region. Majorly focusing on big growth markets in Datacenters, IT, System integrators, Pharma, Manufacturing, in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad. Tier III cities also booming like Mysore, Hubli, Dharwad, Coimbatore, Cochin, Vizag, Vijaywada etc.
1. To drive revenue & gross margin objectives of the organization in the assigned territory.
2. To consistently work towards improving Eaton market share in the assigned territory.
3. Drive & win business in the COLO segment. Be a thought leader in the Data center segment.
4. Drive business through System Integrators, channel partners & direct customers.
5. Adept at client handling across enterprise & mid-market clients across all segments like government, manufacturing, IT/ITES & datacentre segments.
6. Drive digital business including software like DCIM and connected hardware like racks, PDU & related UPS systems.
7. Deep understanding of channel eco-system / direct customers / alliances and newer go to market models.
8. Practice and drive leadership behavior which includes grooming and nurturing his direct reportee's and team.
9. Drive, nurture and hold relationship with key customers. Proliferate our reach in other large accounts and mid-market customers.
10. Be responsible for customer satisfaction.
11. Responsible for promotions, channel programs and lead process to maximize the pipeline for growth and return on sales. Coordinate Eaton's response to commercial issues and lead activities to ensure prompt response.
12. To consistently work towards Eaton pricing/positioning/market intelligence strategy and provide input to centralized price team to improve opportunity hit rate.
13. Support/Assist in the development of localized sales tools, marketing material and strategy for the Indian market.
Qualifications:
B.E. in Electrical & Electronics 15 yrs +
Skills:
Knowledge on Electrical industry, Datacenter segment. IT & UPS industry desirable. Negotiations Skills, Gets Results, Thought leadership
