This position is responsible for overall Electrical Sector
Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform marketing communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities. Managing design, implementation, and management of a range of online & offline communication campaigns and integrated marketing strategies. Monitor and control of channel marketing programs for UPS and Switchgear (PQ/ PD), programs review and ROI analysis; and manage necessary projects to establish or optimize channel management and Electrical Sector-India's go-to-market strategies for its target segments. Compiling, Identify and collect appropriate customer, competitor, market, economic, financial and/or operational data. Perform financial, statistical, and qualitative data analysis of markets and competitors. Translate data into executable and effective market and intelligence reports. Coordinates with all functional and support department to meet customer requirements. Drives performance to achieve or exceed financial plans and strategic goals. Leverages resources and motivates personnel to create high performance culture. Developing Annual Marketing Plan and 5 year Marketing Strategy Plan basis the Business objectives. Quarterly Tactical plan development and RoI tracking of each tactic. Deploying the annual integrated marketing plan in line with company and brand's annual objectives to achieve business growth. Leads the efforts to build lead generation engine to drive enquiry to order conversion cycle for marketing generated leads. Managing communications spend and working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets. Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies for creating and managing marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction. Performs thorough, systematic analysis of key industry trends; the general social economic and political environment; legal and regulatory issues; customers; current and potential competitors. Provides market and competitive insights through presentations and reports to the Executive Leadership Team and various internal management teams to allow effective strategic and tactical decision-making and implementation. Maintains an in-depth knowledge of designated markets and trends through reading reports, market research, data mining and financial modeling and analysis. Craft and support to implement various internal communication and engagement strategies. Delegating tasks and set deadlines for the support team. Leads development/ deployment of Power Advantage Partnership Program (PAPP) for PQ business and the Channel Advantage Program (CAP) for the PD business with overall achievement of annual revenue targets for the Premium, Authorized and Registered Partner categories. Enables overall sales target achievement for ES-India, market share growth, channel marketing budget, and channel competency building. Plans yearly channel marketing activity calendar, secures and manages the budget, co-works w/ Marcom team and sales team to effectively execute programs, reviews the results of programs, analyze ROI, and provides constructive optimization proposal/report to key stakeholders.
B.E. in Electrical & Electronics + MBA 15 - 20 yrs, Marketing, Sales, Brand Management experience, channel sales experience, project management exposure
