Eat Happy is a young company that was founded in 2013. Since then, we have grown rapidly and opened numerous branches in many regions of Germany. Our branches can be found in numerous supermarkets such as REWE, EDEKA, HIT, Tegut, and Marktkauf. At Eat Happy, we place the greatest value on uncompromising freshness of ingredients and dishes. We are looking for a:

Senior Manager HR Development (m/w/d)

Development and expansion of modern HR standards and structures in the area of operations with a decentralized organizational structure. From conception to operational implementation to professionalize personnel development and achieve company goals.

What You Will Do:

  • Identification of training needs and HR potential fields for employees and managers with a clear link to business and performance goals
  • Conception and implementation of modern HR standards and instruments (e.g., appraisal formats, competency models, development stages) including setting up and leading implementation projects
  • Building and introducing a learning management platform including structured, role-based training paths as well as sustainability and success tracking
  • Conception, development, and implementation of target group-specific training programs for our shop employees along the entire employee lifecycle
  • Provision and targeted development of management and leadership competencies for our regional and area managers
  • Close cooperation with central functions, as well as operational managers and regular coordination with stakeholders up to C-level

What You Bring:

  • Successfully completed degree (e.g., personnel development, psychology, or comparable)
  • Several years of professional experience in personnel development, ideally in decentralized organizational structures (branch operations)
  • In-depth knowledge of training concepts and modern training methods (face-to-face, e-learning, learning management systems (LMS))
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex content in an understandable way
  • Strong implementation orientation ("hands-on" mentality) coupled with strategic thinking
  • Very good German and English language skills
