- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field with 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics and experience with sales analytics and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
