✨ About The Role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to support the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle
- Create sales training programs and materials to educate sales representatives on product features, value proposition, and sales techniques
- Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of sales enablement initiatives with product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales goals
- Analyze sales performance data, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancing sales effectiveness
- Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to gather feedback, communicate updates, and drive continuous improvement

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of related experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations roles
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop engaging and effective sales training content
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and sales enablement platforms
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
