Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of the regional marketing strategy to win new and retain existing business across our different markets and client segments.
- Collaborate closely with our local business units and Singapore-based shared resources to plan and execute regional multi-channel product campaigns and roadshows to increase brand and product visibility and strengthen engagement to contribute directly to our business objectives.
- Lead digital media activations (organic and paid) across search, social, and display - promoting our brand, products, thought leadership, and corporate messaging.
- Support the planning and execution of small- and large-scale client events that drive ongoing engagement.
- Collaborate with investment content and digital marketing teams to help syndicate our macro views and thought leadership content to maximise reach and impact with our target audiences across our markets.
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of our regional marketing initiatives, applying data-driven insights to continuously improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with our media agency and local business units to systematically monitor, analyse, and report on competitors' marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics—contributing actionable insights to our market intelligence efforts.
- Help to source for quality and unique premiums and manage the production and inventory process effectively.
Experience / Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial services business in marketing, or product communication – preferably in a regional role.
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Banking, Finance or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills, able to communicate with people from different levels across our markets in Asia.
- Good knowledge of the full range of marketing disciplines such as advertising, digital, social media and events.
- Able to work independently, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to manage and prioritise multiple projects to meet deadlines.
