Sales Director– Staffing Industry (New Business Hunter)
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Must reside locally with reliable transportation Compensation: $80,000 - $200,000+ OTE (Base + Uncapped Commission + Bonus Structure)
Are You a Deal Maker?
We are on the hunt for a resourceful and relentless Sales Executive who thrives on exceeding quotas and building high-value client relationships from scratch. This is not a farming role. It's a hunter's game. You'll spearhead new client acquisition, leveraging an omnichannel prospecting approach including phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person drops.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Drive full-cycle B2B sales from prospecting to close, focused on staffing solutions
- Execute a proven omnichannel outbound strategy: cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and physical drops
- Schedule and run qualified discovery meetings weekly
- Source and support staffing needs across multiple industries and roles, partnering with our specialized recruitment experts to deliver customized talent solutions
- Partner with marketing and recruiting teams to build client-specific strategies
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
- Maintain pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and clear KPIs
- Deliver weekly gross profit results and consistently exceed targets
You Are:
- A deal-closer with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota for the past 3 consecutive years
- Resilient and emotionally intelligent, with proven examples of overcoming sales adversity
- Curious, coachable, and a strategic listener. Someone who seeks to truly understand the client's business
- Ambitious and competitive, with a professional presence and persuasive style
- Not afraid to pick up the phone or walk into a prospect's office
- Comfortable navigating tech tools like CRM, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and email marketing platforms
Nice-to-Haves (Boosts):
- 5+ years of staffing industry or B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to influence and consult with mid-to-senior-level decision makers
- Deep understanding of the local labor market or regional community
