Easterseals NH is looking for a Direct Support Associate to join our Community Based Services team! This program supports individuals within our residential homes.

Hours: Full time, 40 hours/week. Several schedules available!

• Sunday 8:00 AM-10:00 PM
• Tuesday 8:00 AM -8:00 PM
• Wednesday 8:00 AM -3:00 PM
• Thursday 8:00 AM -3:00 PM

Compensation: $22.62 hourly

About the Home: This position supports adult men in a home in Penacook, NH

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and medication administration
• Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility support
• Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events
• Follow each individual’s care plan
• All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety
• Complete required daily documentation
• Other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
