This position is for a full-time Resident Services Supervisor based in the South Bay Region. This Lead role will be supervising Resident Service Coordinators located in the South Bay region (San Jose, Morgan Hill, Monterey and Greenfield). Position will be supervising staff working on special needs, multi-family and senior housing properties. Must have Bachelor's degree in social service/healthcare/related field. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years experience. PSH experience, fundraising and writing grants preferred. At least 1 year experience supervising staff, strongly preferred. Salary range: $72,072 - $98,280 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $72,072 - $79,716 per year, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

Responsible for oversight of the delivery of resident services programming at affordable housing properties that serve families, seniors, and individuals with special needs. Examines the needs for on-site services and explores ways programs and services can be brought to the properties in assigned portfolio. Creates partnerships in local communities and oversees relationships and agreements with program partners in portfolio to bring robust and relevant programming to properties in assigned portfolio. Supervises Resident Services Coordinators in the assigned portfolio. Understands and supports EAH's mission and core values.

Oversees the implementation of services and programming in-line with the StayWell service delivery model and consistent with established EAH standards. Monitor progress towards program outcomes at all assigned properties.

Utilizes and reviews results of intake survey/needs assessments to determine what types of programs and services would benefit the residents.

Makes recommendations regarding programs and services based on survey results and needs of properties that align with StayWell service delivery model and overall industry best practices.

Working with Resident Services Leadership, develops service coordination goals and programs consistent with portfolio and organization goals.

Ensures staff under supervision maintain activity notes, data collection, and resident participation reports. Prepares all statistical and narrative program reports as required by funding entities and EAH management.

Monitors participating agency involvement for quality and compliance with memorandums of understanding.

Interfaces with provider agencies, public agencies, and community volunteer groups to create partnerships and maximize effectiveness of program activities.

Supervises Resident Services Coordinators I and II in assigned properties or portfolio. With input from the Associate Director of Resident Services and the Director, Resident Services, prepares annual reviews for supervised staff. Provides mentorship to Resident Services Coordinators within assigned portfolio. Works with Associate Director of Resident Services to create individual training plans for each person supervised and coordinate all new hire training and mentoring.

Provides input in the development of resident services budgets and responsible for monitoring budgets at assigned properties.

Works with Technology Programs Manager to develop and implement technology programs for residents.

Works with Manager of Community Engagement on special initiatives.

Monitors all reporting through FamilyMetrics and/or AASC online and ensures accuracy of data entered by staff. Provides monthly reports to Associate Director of Resident Services.

Prepares and holds quarterly meetings with staff in assigned portfolio.

Assists residents from other properties on an as-needed basis.

Assists in soliciting donations from local businesses and vendors for events and activities. Assists in writing and providing information required to submit relevant grant applications for programming.

Actively participates in EAH's Injury and Illness Prevention Plan

Regular and predictable attendance.

Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Social Service, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. At least 5 years of social service experience working with the elderly, families and/or the disabled or some related field. At least 1 year experience supervising staff, strongly preferred.

Experience with Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) properties and Housing First principles.

Experience working with veterans and external service providers in coordinating case management services for residents.

Experience in affordable housing environment with senior, special needs, and multi-family properties.

Experience in fundraising and writing grants.
