We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in high-volume recruitment and workforce pipeline management. In this role, you'll be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining a continuous flow of talent, ensuring timely hiring to meet dynamic business needs.
This position requires a strategic and process-oriented mindset, with the ability to design efficient recruitment pipelines, manage candidate pools at scale, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders globally.

- Build Talent Pipelines: Source, screen, and onboard large volumes of freelance contributors and agencies for ongoing and future AI projects.
- Drive Community Engagement: Actively scout talent through social media, job boards, events, and digital communities. Be the welcoming and trusted face of e2f.
- Own the Candidate Journey: Provide a seamless, timely, and high-quality candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with project managers and internal stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business needs.
- Use Data to Optimize: Track metrics, identify trends, and continuously improve your recruitment funnels.
- Listen & Improve: Gather candidate feedback and implement process enhancements to ensure e2f remains a preferred opportunity in the freelance space.
Who You Are:
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, crowdsourcing, or freelancer/supply chain management.
- Tech-Savvy Communicator: Able to turn technical or project-based requirements into clear and appealing messaging.
- Organized & Agile: You handle fast-changing priorities, tight deadlines, and large volumes with a cool head and sharp execution.
- Collaborative: Comfortable working across time zones with remote, global teams.
- Curious About AI: Interest in AI, data, and emerging tech is a strong plus.
- Language: Proficient in English (written and spoken); multilingualism is a bonus.
