Job Description:
Troubleshooting technical issues
Installing and configuring hardware and software (Dell and HP)
Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root cause of their problem
Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
Replacing or repairing the necessary parts of the computer
Supporting the roll-out of new applications (MS Office 365, Multi-Factor Authentication, Global Protect VPN, Crowdstrike Antivirus) and installing additional software
Operating System deployment using LANDESK imaging or Intune Autopilot
Assisting the on boarding and off boarding of user's equipment
