As a Power Systems Simulation & Modeling Engineer, you will support the development and grid integration of advanced distributed energy resource (DER) solutions by building, validating, and maintaining high-fidelity power system models. In this role, you'll conduct steady-state and dynamic simulations to evaluate interconnection performance, benchmark models against hardware results, and optimize system behavior to meet evolving grid standards. You'll also develop clear technical documentation and user guidance to support customers and internal teams. Working closely with cross-functional engineering groups, you'll contribute to innovation in renewable energy and energy storage technologies while staying current on emerging modeling tools, methodologies, and industry requirements.

Base Salary Range: $$89,800-$123,550
