Engineering Technician

The Engineering Technician supports the design and development of electro-mechanical sensor products which are utilized in a variety of applications within the industrial market. As a technician, you will work as part of the design engineering team developing new products and resolving engineering challenges. The role requires hands-on, creative problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience working in a product development environment

- Experience with electrical and mechanical systems design, and debug.

- Experience with measurement and inspection equipment

- Experience with soldering, dispensing, and automated assembly equipment

- Knowledge of electrical testing, oscilloscopes, controllers, data acquisition, and electrical circuits

- Ability to analyze data to make data driven observations and recommendations

- Experience with machining (drills, presses, lathes, etc.)

- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and test specifications

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with digital signal analysis, I2C / SPI, or wireless communication a plus.

Hourly Base Pay Range: $23.40 - $32.18
