The Engineering Technician in the EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) lab provides technical support to engineers in the areas of product testing, data collection, and product and/or process development. Particular to working in the Lab environment, the Engineering Technician also interfaces with internal customers, evaluates test specifications, maintains test equipment, and contributes to schedule creation.

Experience / Qualifications
Soldering skills (through-hole and surface mount) expected.
Ability to lift 50lbs (large test items/heavier electronic equipment) expected.
Existing familiarity with Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) standards and test methods is a plus.
Supports Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives by collaborating with global teams to standardize best practices and drive process improvements across multiple projects.
Assists in the development and implementation of new testing protocols and procedures in alignment with COE objectives.
Participates in troubleshooting complex technical issues and shares learnings with COE members to promote knowledge transfer.
Maintains detailed records and documentation to facilitate continuous improvement and compliance with COE standards.
Engages in ongoing training and skill development to stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies relevant to the COE's focus areas.
Hourly Base Pay Range: $33.60 - $46.20
