Monitor SCCM console for client health, deployments, and compliance status
Assist in deploying software, patches, and updates to end-user systems
Package, test, and deploy software applications and patches using SCCM
Manage and support collections, boundaries, and boundary groups
Perform basic troubleshooting of SCCM client issues
Follow documented SOPs for routine tasks and incident handling
Generate routine reports for compliance, software inventory, and hardware asset tracking
Maintain and update documentation for standard operating procedures (SOPs), deployment checklists, and troubleshooting steps
Participate in change management processes for SCCM-related updates and deployments
Basic knowledge of SCCM/MECM components and functions
Understanding of Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
Familiarity with software deployment and patching processes
Good troubleshooting skills for desktop and client-related issues
Basic understanding of PowerShell or willingness to learn
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willingness to work in shifts or On-Call, if required
