Level 1 ServiceNow Agent
Join our service desk support team as a Level 1 ServiceNow Agent. You will provide first-tier support for IT service requests and incidents through the ServiceNow platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming requests and incidents via phone, email, and chat.
- Logging and categorizing issues in ServiceNow accurately.
- Performing basic troubleshooting and escalating unresolved cases.
- Providing users with timely updates and resolution guidance.
- Maintaining documentation and adhering to defined SLAs.
Required skills include:
- Basic understanding of IT service desk processes.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools is a plus.
- Customer-focused, with a helpful and professional attitude.
