Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Project Description: If you feel that you are a communicative and eager to learn person who wants to join DXC team for a longer time, then you are more than welcome to apply for this position. If you prefer to work with our customers to help them translating business requirements to technical designs, we will be happy to have you in our team. As a Solution Consultant you are going to propose solutions based on ServiceNow platform for a DXC Technology customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Cooperation with Architect and Technical Consultants to prepare technical design
  • Configuration and development of ServiceNow for DXC customers
  • Administration of our customers ServiceNow instances
  • Preparation of projects documentation
  • Taking part in trainings
  • Sharing experience with new team members

Mandatory Skills Description:

  • Experience in ServiceNow implementation projects (at least 5 years)
  • Deep experience with at least one ServiceNow product: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD
  • Very good knowledge of Java Script, HTML, CSS
  • Experience in integrations (SOAP, REST)
  • Good knowledge of ITIL processes
  • Working experience in Agile Project environment
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Fast learning
