Prepare project status reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Contribute to the development and application of project management best practices. Drive teamwork and collaboration among project team members. Ensure that projects align with departmental and company strategies.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. Proven experience in project and program management. Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software. A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
Other Qualifications: Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus. Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus.
