Job Description:
Serves as escalation point for Level 2 team
Serves as SME for applications supported
Investigates and resolves complex issues related to processing or data quality
Investigates root cause, develops and implements permanent solutions to problem records as aligned with Problem Management process
Day to day activities:
Investigate handed over and new incidents escalated to the queue
Reply to emails addressed to the team
Handle requests for information related to application logic
Handles problem records
Technology and Functional Skills:
Data Visualization, Information Delivery, Dashboards and Reports – required
Data Integration, Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) – required
Databases, SQL – required
Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence (BI) concepts – required
Azure data platform and components – preferred
CICD/Git - preferred
