Your activities:

  • Support users in technical service requests or IT problems;
  • Resolution of requests/incidents according to the service catalog (ITIL methodology);
  • Remote support for first-contact solutions according to technical procedures;
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize incidents;
  • Contribute to the update of the knowledge base indicating continuous improvements in the project in which you are working.

What we expect?

  • Technical education in IT and/or complete high school;
  • Technical knowledge in Windows, ITIL, Processes & Quality, and Microsoft Office 2007/2010;
  • Advanced knowledge in IT (Windows, Linux, VPN, Outlook, Office365, Microsoft Office, Internet, network printing, PC and notebook hardware support, knowledge in MAC OS configuration);
  • Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule;
  • Good written communication;
  • Organization;
  • Ease of teamwork;
  • Punctuality, flexibility, and resilience.

Locations: Bahia or Espírito Santo.
