Your main activities:
- Support users in addressing technical requests or IT problems;
- Attend and register all technical support requests received via phone, chat, and ticket system;
- Resolve requests/incidents according to the service catalog (ITIL methodology);
- Perform remote support for first-contact solutions according to technical procedures within established timeframes;
- Ability to analyze and prioritize occurrences;
- Contribute to the update of the knowledge base by indicating continuous improvements and solutions to increase user efficiency and satisfaction;
What we expect?
- Knowledge in Help Desk/Service Desk operations.
- Fluent English.
- Quality control/process mapping/document management knowledge.
- Skill in data analysis and use of quality tools such as PDCA, Six Sigma, among others.
