Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role focuses on providing administrative and back-office support to ensure smooth operations and excellent client servicing for our Indonesia sales team. Occasional support for other regional teams may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Indonesia sales team to ensure seamless operations and high client satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and pricing documents in collaboration with the sales team.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to request pricing and lead times.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, ensuring all client and deal data is properly logged.
- Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for internal use.
- Assist with order processing, documentation, and coordination between departments (e.g., logistics, finance).
- Support other regional sales teams across Asia when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements in all administrative processes.
