We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with proven experience in tender processes and Workplace Technology Solutions (WTS) to join our dynamic sales team. This role plays a critical function in enabling sales productivity by supporting administrative processes, managing tender documentation, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Tender & Bid Management: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end tender process including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs. Work closely with sales, legal, pricing, and technical teams to develop and submit compliant, competitive, and compelling proposals. Maintain a library of standard tender responses and documentation for future use. Ensure all deadlines are met with high-quality, accurate submissions.
  • Sales Operations Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team to streamline workflow and improve efficiency. Assist in maintaining CRM data integrity, tracking sales activities, and generating regular reports and dashboards. Support the order-to-cash process including quote preparation, contract management, and sales documentation.
  • Workplace Technology Solutions Coordination: Work with solution architects and product managers to support the configuration and documentation of workplace technology offerings such as AV, collaboration tools, IoT, smart office solutions, etc. Ensure proposals align with customer requirements and the company's technology roadmap. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of WTS portfolio and key differentiators.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with procurement, finance, legal, and technical teams to ensure a unified approach to sales opportunities and bids. Monitor and manage communication between internal stakeholders and clients during the sales cycle.
