Duval Ford is seeking salespersons with a drive to succeed, provide exceptional customer service and want to build a career with a successful automotive dealership.

As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers, as well as closing sales.

Job Description:

  • Sales Representatives spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
  • Sales Representatives commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of the vehicles and technology
  • Sales Representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features
  • Complete quotes and explain options
  • Follow up with prospective customers and return email/voicemail
  • Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Correspond and possess strong verbal communication skills, with an ability to sell
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services
  • Meet and maintain sales goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity
  • Maintain a professional and approachable appearance
  • Exemplify exceptional customer service skills and exhibit a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License
