The company is seeking to hire a dedicated and driven Merchandiser who will be responsible for ensuring that the company's products are well-represented across various zones in Lagos. You will be responsible for aggressively driving sales to meet and exceed sales targets at each assigned location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Move between assigned zones in Lagos to promote and sell company products.
- Ensure product visibility and availability at all times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key stakeholders.
- Aggressively pursue sales targets and provide daily reports on sales activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or merchandising.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Goal-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Lagos routes and locations.
