Hiring – Customer Service Officer (EduTech)

Location: Lagos

Working Hours: 7:00PM - 3:00AM (Highly Flexible)

Our client is an Educational Technology (EduTech) Firm that provides a cutting-edge learning platform for its clients.

The Company is seeking to hire a Customer Service Officer to manage customer queries and complaints. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with customer enquiries, by responding promptly and professionally to messages on various platforms. Also, s/he will help customers and potential customers navigate the system easily and have a smooth experience while using the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Attend to inbound and outbound mails.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Create agency code and other assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Good First Degree in any relevant field.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum of 2 years' Cognate experience as a Customer Service Officer.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and pay attention to details.
