• Someone with a people first mindset who is ready to drive results and can manage all aspects of the employee life cycle from start to finish.

• Someone who has a desire for continuous learning, is able to lead workshops and training sessions while striving to keep employees engaged and motivated.
• Someone who can prioritize and manage deadlines while providing recommendations and guidance on staffing, succession planning, and turnover to impact the growth and development of the team.
• A leader who leverages technology and analytics to drive business recommendations.
• Talent Reef and ADP experience is a plus.
