Location: Delhi
Utilize screening databases provided by the pre-sales team to identify and prospect relevant decision-makers such as Directors, MDs, CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, and Business Heads through various sources including client websites, internet research, and LinkedIn.
Engage potential prospects via phone calls, provide an overview of products/services, and schedule meetings for the respective sales associates.
Achieve daily targets by fixing 6–7 meetings and making a minimum of 60–70 calls per day.
Demonstrate expertise in securing meetings through client calls, primarily targeting large corporates and SMEs.
Exhibit strong client handling capabilities along with excellent communication and telephonic probing skills.
Maintain and share daily MIS reports with the management.
Drive client engagement activities and ensure activation of DRS/ERS product seals through the online portal.
Conduct feedback calls post-sales to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
Fluency in English required.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
