Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned revenue targets from NBFCs, FinTechs, and digital lenders
  2. Identify, pitch, and onboard new institutional clients while expanding business from existing relationships
  3. Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting, qualification, requirement mapping, product demonstration, proposal creation, pricing negotiation, and closure
  4. Work closely with internal stakeholders (product, data analytics, operations, risk, and legal) to design tailored solutions for client requirements
  5. Build and nurture relationships with CXOs and senior leadership within client organizations to drive long-term engagement and growth
  6. Track client performance, satisfaction, and usage metrics to ensure retention and renewals
  7. Provide market intelligence on competitor activities, emerging fintech models, and regulatory developments to the leadership team
  8. Support product and strategy teams with feedback from the market to enhance offerings and identify new business opportunities
  9. Represent the company at industry forums, fintech events, and client roundtables to enhance brand visibility
  10. Maintain accurate records in CRM for pipeline, forecasting, and performance tracking

Key Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or Finance preferred
  • 10–12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or key account management preferably in Credit Bureau/Financial Information Services/Fintech/NBFC/Banking Technology/Data Analytics or SaaS for BFSI sector
  • Prior experience in handling enterprise and strategic accounts as an individual contributor
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office tools and data-driven reporting
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously with limited supervision
  • Deep understanding of the lending ecosystem — MSME, digital lending, co-lending, risk scoring, and regulatory frameworks
