This position is responsible for assisting Residential Solutions customers by phone with technical questions, concerns, claims, and service requests for our 20 products & services. Responsibilities include dispatching of work orders to our vendor network of 100 service companies in four jurisdictions. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting program contractors, utility service delivery, Field Operation coordinators, field technicians by phone with customer program issues, resolving claims, & selling Residential Solutions programs and members of other departments within Duke Energy.
