✨ About The Role
- As a Travel Support Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming emails, calls, and live chat messages.
- You will assist with various queries related to bookings, including voluntary changes requested by passengers and involuntary changes initiated by airlines.
- The role involves bringing back client feedback and insights to help improve products and the customer journey.
- You will support other team functions such as reconciliation, management of ADMs, and training new team members.
- Building relationships with travelers and travel sellers using the Duffel platform is a key responsibility.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS), preferably Travelport or Galileo.
- A strong knowledge of air fares, ticketing, re-issues, and refunds is essential for success in this role.
- Experience with New Distribution Capability (NDC) systems such as Farelogix SPRK or IAG TAP is strongly preferred.
- The candidate should be customer-obsessed and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work evening hours and some weekends is required.
