Duetto is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to support our go-to-market activities in the APAC region.

High-level responsibilities:

1. Own and lead the APAC marketing plan in collaboration with Sales, the Growth Marketing team, and other key stakeholders.
2. Lead the strategic execution of the APAC marketing plan, partnering cross-functionally with global teams in events, digital, content, and creative to ensure seamless delivery of high-impact, integrated marketing programs.
3. Oversee the strategy, promotion, and execution of all owned and third-party events in the APAC region, ensuring alignment with regional goals and measurable business impact.
4. Act as the senior marketing lead for the APAC sales organization, ensuring tight alignment between marketing initiatives and regional revenue goals.
5. Take control of the marketing mix within the region to blend leading-edge technology and go-to-market knowledge and expertise to craft compelling digital journeys, effective and highly targeted paid campaigns alongside high-impact field marketing initiatives.
6. Own ongoing communication with APAC sales leaders and teams, delivering clear visibility into marketing campaigns, performance metrics, and pipeline impact.
7. Develop and operationalize scalable processes for repeatable sales and marketing initiatives such as webinars, customer events, and ABM campaigns, driving efficiency and consistency across the region.
8. Establish and track campaign success metrics and evaluate marketing performance based on outcomes and pre-set KPIs against all marketing activities.
9. Work across the team to gain a mastery of our target markets and lead the qualification criteria.
10. Translate global marketing initiatives into projects that are relevant to APAC markets
11. Represent Duetto at industry events.

About You

• 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS software field marketing or a transferable marketing area.
• Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in a range of marketing disciplines and delivery channels, including digital, design, social, partner, customer, product, and events.
• Desirable: Experience with our marketing tech stack, including: Hubspot, Salesforce, Demandbase, and Asana.
• Expert project and budget management capabilities.
• Analytical and strategic with the ability to deliver localized marketing plans by region.
• Creative both in concepts and ideas, and in approach to business and project management.
• Highly organized - if you love to keep things organized, this is the job for you!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid track record of being able to manage communications across multiple stakeholders and at various levels in an organization.
• Team Player: You are highly collaborative and can lead across functions and in matrixed organizations.

• You love the travel industry - hospitality is in your DNA.
• Language skills: English and Chinese required. Fluency in other regional languages is an advantage.
