V108 - Case Support Specialist

Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm.

Job Description:

You'll be the bridge between clients, attorneys, and medical providers—ensuring every detail is tracked, every concern is addressed, and every case moves forward smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being proactive, values accuracy, and finds purpose in helping others through complex legal and medical processes. Your work will directly impact the quality of client care and case outcomes. Monthly Compensation: 1,220 USD to 1,320 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients throughout their case
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Track and manage clients' medical treatment progress and records
  • Notify attorneys of treatment milestones, concerns, or delays
  • Draft and organize legal documents, including demand letters and correspondence
  • Assist in case evaluations, settlements, and negotiations
  • Conduct basic investigations and maintain case progress tracking
  • Ensure all deadlines are met and case statuses are up to date
  • Accurately enter and maintain client and case data
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong prioritization
  • Identify potential issues early and propose solutions proactively
