Summary: The Legal Marketing and Case Support Specialist role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of legal operations and digital strategy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage 60–70 pre-litigation personal injury cases
• Open new cases and maintain client communication
• Prepare demand packages and ensure billing is sent
• Handle liens and coordinate payments
• Retrieve records and itemized billing
• Manage records portals and verify balances
• Support marketing manager with SEO, backlink strategy, and digital campaigns
• Assist with additional marketing tasks as needed
