V104 - Support & Client Experience Specialist

Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm.

Job Description:

Summary: We are seeking a warm, organized, and empathetic Support & Client Experience Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is vital to upholding our commitment to treating clients like family and making legal processes approachable and comfortable. Your active listening, friendly demeanor, and ability to build trust will foster positive client relationships and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Monthly Compensation $1,150 to $1,220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones and building relationships with prospective clients
  • Handling intake processes, including receiving introductions and following up
  • Scheduling consultations and tracking case data
  • Assisting with relationship management and data entry projects
  • Supporting administrative tasks and developing client relationship systems
  • Conducting initial screenings and gathering essential case information
  • Inputting client details accurately into case management systems and preparing intake summaries for attorney review
  • Following up promptly with potential clients and maintaining communication through onboarding
  • Maintaining and updating client records in the firm's case management system

  • Dedicated to treating clients as individuals, not just cases

Call Scale:

6 to 15 calls per day

  • CRM: Lawcus
  • VOIP: Dialpad

Location & Timezone:

EST – North Carolina

Working Hours:

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Languages:

English, Spanish
