V104 - Intake And Case Support Coordinator

Job Description:

Summary If you're someone who finds joy in helping others and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, this role is for you. As an Intake and Case Support Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, offering compassionate support and clear communication in both English and Spanish. You'll play a key role in answering calls, retrieving and organizing medical records, and managing essential correspondence. Your attention to detail and reliability will help ensure every case starts off on the right foot. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, empathetic, and enjoys being part of a team that makes a difference every day.

Monthly Compensation: 1,150 USD to 1,220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming phone calls in English and Spanish with professionalism and empathy
  • Retrieve, track, and organize medical records and bills
  • Handle scanned mail and faxes, ensuring proper filing in the case management system
  • Assist with correspondence, including requesting police reports and following up with agencies or third parties
  • Maintain organized records of requests and follow-ups
  • Support attorneys and supervisors with administrative and case-related tasks
