V104 - Client Relations & Case Support Specialist

Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm.

We are seeking a personable and professional individual to join our team as a Client Relations & Legal Support Coordinator. This role is vital in ensuring seamless communication with clients, supporting lead management, and assisting legal staff with administrative and case-related tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a courteous, client-centered approach. Monthly compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide professional, courteous assistance to clients and prospective leads.
  • Conduct initial client screenings to assess service needs and eligibility.
  • Follow up with potential leads and schedule appointments for consultations.
  • Maintain and manage appointment calendars in coordination with legal staff.
  • Contact clients to provide payment reminders and assist with billing-related inquiries.
  • Support client consultations by providing interpretation services when needed.
  • Draft basic correspondence and assist with document preparation.
  • Collaborate with paralegals to support case management, including file organization and data entry.

Qualifications:

  • Personable and professional demeanor with a strong commitment to client service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Courteous and respectful approach to client interactions.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency (preferred, especially for interpretation tasks).
  • Experience in administrative, legal support, or client-facing roles.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in office software and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).

Schedule: 8:30 – 5:30 EST Monday to Friday

Languages: English, Spanish
