Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm.

Job Description:

Summary Step into a role where your voice and organization make a real difference every day. As a receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them feel welcomed and supported from the very first call. You'll play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating client intake, and keeping internal processes running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. If you love helping others and keeping things organized, this is the role for you.

Monthly Compensation: $1,015 to $1,100

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls and providing a warm, professional experience
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments across team members
  • Coordinating client intake using established templates and procedures
  • Supporting onboarding of new clients prior to attorney consultations
  • Performing administrative tasks as they arise throughout the day
  • Organizing and e-filing documents received via email
  • Ensuring internal files are easily accessible for team members

Working Schedule:

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Timezone EST (US)
