As an Executive Legal Operations Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping operations smooth—from managing client workflows to supporting financial processes and internal communications. You'll be the go-to person for organizing, coordinating, and problem-solving across departments. This position is ideal for someone who's proactive, professional, and passionate about creating order and clarity in a collaborative setting. Monthly Compensation: 1060 USD to 1150 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, execute, and monitor CRM workflows including onboarding, offboarding, and logging interactions
- Conduct minor research to gather contact information and maintain CRM databases
- Track and analyze firm-wide performance metrics
- Support accounts receivable/payable tasks including invoicing, reviewing time entries, and processing payments
- Maintain records and enter financial data using Minute7, QuickBooks Online, and Excel
- Communicate with vendors to resolve service and payment issues
- Organize and maintain digital records, cloud storage, and email systems
- Schedule deadlines, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with client intake and administrative communications
- Coordinate client deposits, documentation, and updates
- Support marketing efforts such as newsletters, ads, cards, and payments
- Help with internal hiring, onboarding, and team support
- Organize monthly team meetings and foster firm-wide collaboration

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in administrative or executive support roles
- Familiarity with CRM systems and financial tools
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cloud-based platforms Software
