Extensive conference and banqueting facilities are available, including the Badriah ballroom.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a waiter/ess role to join the in room dining team at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel, Kuwait.

Your main duties will include:

1. To offer guests an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience conforming to Jumeirah standards
2. To offer quick, correct, precise and friendly service that is respectful and accommodating of the guest's requests of selections and timeliness of service
3. To complete opening and closing side-work as assigned.
4. To maintain a good working relationship with other colleagues.
5. To maintain and retrieve all food items from the kitchen and attractively, safely transport them to the Private Dining area and place them in a hot box.
6. To break down the trays and tables in the dishwashing area and to re/stock the clean items
7. To set up orders on trays and tables and transport them to guest floors and rooms.
8. To be fully aware of how to handle "Do Not Disturb" rooms.
9. To always conduct oneself in a professional manner to reflect the high standards of Jumeirah Messilah Beach.
10. To scrape and stack all dishes properly and rack all glassware
11. To ensure clean, neat, and organized breakdown station.
12. To ensure the minimum Knowledge about the Minibar and the room amenities.
13. Is honest, reliable, professional, flexible, and good attitude and ready to work any shift given as per the requirement of the outlet and adhere to company service standard.
