Here's your chance to step into the role of Executive- Accounts Receivable (Collections) at Dubai Holding Group Services. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Recover overdue payments while maintaining positive relationships with customers, reduce bad debt, and minimize financial losses due to non-payment
• Contact customers with overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans or settlements
• Process payments and ensure accurate transaction recording
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding outstanding debts
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
• Ensure compliance with relevant debt collection laws and internal policies
• Protect customer privacy and handle data confidentially
• Locate customers with updated contact information and verify account accuracy
• Generate and share reports on overdue accounts and collection progress
• Provide customer support by offering solutions like payment plans or refinancing

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

Education: Bachelors' degree

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in collection
• Good understanding of the finance function and processes
• Experience working in collection of real estate field
