Here's your chance to step into the role of Cashier - Food and Beverage Operations at Real Madrid. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Reporting any possible theft or misuse of the property immediately to a member of management.
• Carrying out any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Manager/Assistant Manager/Team Leader or Senior Management.
• Identifying & meeting customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and providing appropriate products, services or information.
• Meeting all reasonable needs and requests of customers within specified time frames.
• Recognizing customer dissatisfaction promptly and taking action to resolve the situation according to individual level of responsibility and customer feedback/complaint procedures.
• Offering assistance to colleagues when required, to ensure designated work goals are met.
• Demonstrating trust, support and respect towards team members in day-to-day work activities.
• Conducting communication with customers and colleagues in a polite, professional and friendly manner.
• Practicing high standards of personal presentation in accordance with Company Grooming & Presentation Standards.
• Seeking assistance from other team members, supervisors and managers when required.

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Secondary School or College
• 0 -2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Flexible working hours
• Physically fit
• Must strictly adhere to all HR policies and procedures at all times.
• Must be able to train, coach, mentor colleagues.
• To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require.
• Ability to handle cash and good cash handling skills.
