The Customer Services Officer is responsible for providing high quality information, advice, and services to customers and stakeholders on diverse range of courses and services, to deliver quality customer service outcomes and provide a positive customer experience. The Pacific Australia Skills reception is a very busy environment and requires a highly organized and capable incumbent to handle multi-tasking. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
