IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a new IT Support Specialist to support our Swedish operations and work as part of our Nordic team.

As an IT support specialist, you will be responsible for a functioning, reliable, effective, and globally strategic IT infrastructure connected to our facilities in Sweden. You will also participate in optimizing the local IT budget and act as an IT specialist in the organization's projects and support the management team. The role also includes daily multifaceted user support and problem solving. The job description includes regular maintenance of equipment and systems, backup, documentation, deployment support, and troubleshooting and management of operating systems and servers. You will work in Värnamo and report to the head of the technical IT team in the Nordic region.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have a documented track record of Windows clients and server operating systems. You can navigate effortlessly in the Office365 environment and have experience with SAP and ITIL framework. We believe that you have a logical and solution-oriented work methodology that helps you quickly solve complex IT challenges in a business-oriented way. As an IT support specialist, you enjoy helping others, working in a team and interacting with both external and internal stakeholders. We hope that you have previously worked in an international environment and have an academic degree that suits the job. In this position, you must be proficient in both Swedish and English.

The position is a permanent employment with placement in Värnamo, business trips occur.
