Technically own solution delivery, including roadmap execution and integration with customer systems
Lead the delivery engineering team, ensuring technical quality and timely execution
Guide the team through agile planning, task estimation, code reviews, and sprint delivery
Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements and recommend optimal solutions
Support the creation of technical proposals and IT compliance documentation
Conduct systems analysis and propose enhancements for improved software quality
Produce clear and detailed software designs and architectural specifications
Manage task prioritization and delivery pacing in partnership with service delivery leads
Represent the delivery team in technical discussions with external partners and clients
Own the induction process for new team members to ensure smooth onboarding
