Job Summary The Office Support Staff is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, supporting daily office operations, and assisting staff with basic administrative and logistical needs. This role ensures a neat, organized, and well stocked working environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and clients
• Assist during meetings by setting up rooms, refreshments, and materials
• Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic document support
• Deliver and collect documents within departments when required
• Manage pantry supplies and inform admin when stocks need replenishment
• Dispose of waste properly and ensure hygiene standards are maintained
• Assist with moving office items and setting up workstations when needed
• Support visitors and guide them to the correct departments
• Perform other general support duties as assigned by management
