ServiceNow Solution Architect

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect with approximately 6 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow architecture and development, with a focus on scalability, performance, and integration across enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HAM, SPM etc.)
• Translating business requirements into well-architected ServiceNow solutions that best leverage the platform capabilities.
• Designing integration frameworks between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (Oracle ERP, CRM platform, etc.)
• Collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to ensure seamless delivery.
• Ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
• Staying up to date with ServiceNow product releases and new features.
• Working on ServiceNow upgrade and patch management planning.
• Preparing proposals with detailed cost estimates and implementation timelines.
• Change Management to ensure a smooth adoption of new features and functionality.

Required skills and qualifications include:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation and architecture.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
• Proficiency in designing custom applications and workflows within ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders and Customers.

Position Location: North Carolina

Compensation Range: $7.25 - $225,800.00

Compensation Frequency: Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
