Driven Brands is looking for a full-time customer service representative to support our 1-800 Radiator brand. You will be responsible for helping customers with questions or concerns regarding company products and services. You will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone or via email, filling out forms after each interaction to determine frequent customer feedback or questions and participating in meetings with the customer service team to develop new strategies. The right candidate will understand general Customer Service principles.

Compensation Range: $19.30 - $34.40
Compensation Frequency: Annual
Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
