Your Responsibilities:
We are now looking for passionate customer service professionals to join our team. Our Customer Service Specialists work either in customer-focused teams solving daily automotive lifecycle issues for our corporate drivers or in our procurement team, responsible for handling everything from administrative leasing contract initiation to vehicle and equipment orders, registration, and automotive inventory-related invoices.
Our Customer Service Specialists play a crucial role in ensuring that our corporate clients receive the best possible experience from our service.
In your daily work, you will handle our clients' service requests via email, phone, and various electronic systems. You will address and resolve daily automotive and vehicle-related issues such as vehicle fleet management, new vehicle orders, quotation calculations, reporting requests, billing complaints, and help interpret corporate automotive policies - you will assist in all service-related matters throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
You will be able to create and maintain smooth cooperation both internally and with our external partners. You will be our company's business card in client interactions and act as their key contact. You will proactively work towards the customer, ensuring a top-notch customer service experience.
The position is full-time and temporary until 30.6.2026. We hope you can start the position by October 2025 at the latest. Due to our ownership change, we are doing a lot of integration work internally during this period, and this is why we are now strengthening our customer service department.
We understand that life happens, and different life stages come with different needs. We work flexibly both in the office and remotely. Our working hours are set for weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm. Our office is located in Espoo Perkkaa, at Itsehallintokuja 6.
Success Prerequisites in the Role:
Customer Service Expertise: You have a strong background in customer service work and the ability to provide top-notch customer experience - you are always a step ahead. You understand that satisfied customers are the foundation of our business.
Enthusiasm and Adaptability: You are eager to embrace new information and systems, especially at the beginning, so you need resourcefulness and take ownership to learn and find the necessary information.
Communication Skills: Good and clear communication skills both verbally and in writing, in both Finnish and English, are essential.
Solution-Oriented: You can quickly identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions. You are a patient and empathetic listener.
System Proficiency and Accuracy: You are comfortable using various software and can efficiently adopt new systems. You handle quotation calculations or invoice lines with ease, and numbers come naturally to you!
Organizational Skills and Precision: You can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure that things are handled efficiently and accurately, with the customer at the center.
Industry knowledge or expertise in cars is not necessary. You just need interest and enthusiasm for the field, we will educate you on the intricacies of our industry and teach you everything you need.
